Teacher Gradebook

One connected teacher workspace

Grade, track progress, and stay organized without losing classroom context.

Information recorded during class remains useful when you calculate results, review student progress, plan lessons, and create reports. Each part belongs to the same flexible workspace alongside your SIS.

Start a new school year without rebuilding everything

Reuse the structure of a previous school year instead of entering it again. You can also create classes manually or bulk-import students from Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets, reviewing the data before it is added.

Choose the assessment tool each activity needs

Organize classes by grading period and tabs, then combine numeric grades, text, icons, counters, formulas, and calculated columns. Use rubrics, checklists, or rating scales and configure weights, percentages, rounding, and calculation rules.

Understand each student’s progress

Take attendance and record tardies, excused absences, behavior, incidents, and notes. Review grades, averages, attendance, observations, charts, contacts, and files together in the student profile.

Turn planning into a useful guide for every school day

Set up your teaching schedule and academic calendar, generate sessions in the planner, and connect them to units. Add local reminders, link planned work to the classroom diary, and use seating charts to organize students or take attendance.

Create clear, configurable reports from your records

Generate grade, attendance, student progress, or class-log reports with the information you choose. Select students, columns, and sections, then export PDF documents or CSV data directly from the device.

Use AI to prepare a first draft while keeping control

Describe an activity to obtain an editable rubric draft without using student data. Choose a compatible provider such as ChatGPT through OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, or DeepSeek, and configure your own API key. For individual student reports, you decide which academic information is sent; the student’s name is replaced before transmission and restored locally. These features are optional, require Internet access, and their results must be reviewed before use or sharing.

Keep your workspace available and protect your backups

Core academic work and calculations remain in an encrypted local database and stay available offline. Create local backups or optionally use Google Drive, Dropbox, or Microsoft OneDrive; attachment files are managed separately.
